Status of documents. Materials marked Exposure Draft are drafts for public comment. They are not final standards, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or assurance advice.
Use and attribution. Site content and Framework documents are © Pehta Foundation. The Six Questions and the reasoning published on The Decisions page may be reproduced in diligence materials, policy work, and internal programs with attribution to the Pehta Foundation. The Framework itself is free to use: reading, implementing, and reporting under the Standard require no licence and no payment to the Foundation. Filing an issued Statement into the Pehta Record is a separate, optional Foundation service for which a published fee is proposed (see the consultation). No fee is ever charged to an Indigenous Nation or Community for access, correction, challenge, or escalation.
No certification. The Foundation does not certify entities. No use of this site or the Framework may be represented as Foundation approval, certification, or endorsement, and Statement Status claims are governed by the Standard itself. Clause 8.13
