Download the Framework, sign the one-page Commitment Statement, and nominate a contact for Indigenous engagement. No data submission yet—just a clear public signal that your organisation accepts Pehta principles and will begin preparing its records. Perfect for companies new to Indigenous benefit reporting or early-stage projects that need investor and community confidence fast.
2. Measure
Collect & share the numbers
Load your raw procurement and HR data into Pehta format, complete Topics 1-8, and publish the Internal tier report (full results to your executive team and rights-holding Nations). At this stage you can already calculate the Federal 5 % Indigenous procurement variance and benchmark Community Well-Being indicators to show tangible progress.
3. Assure
Independent verification & public release
Engage a qualified auditor to test your Pehta dataset under CSSA 5000/1400 or equivalent standards. Upgrade your disclosures to Public tier tables—now investor-ready and aligned with CSSB / ISSB climate filings through Appendix G. Communities may co-sign the assurance letter, reinforcing OCAP®/CARE control and boosting market credibility.

Strategic integration & custom targets
Embed Pehta clauses in all purchase orders, cascade reporting deep into the supply chain, and activate Topic 9 Custom Targets co-designed with each Nation (language revitalisation, housing, climate). Populate the full cross-walk to every relevant framework—CSSB, CCAB PAIR, UNSDG, provincial programs—and publish annual impact narratives that demonstrate how Indigenous prosperity is driving enterprise value.
